Devo is Fresh

Well, maybe not so fresh, but when the song came out this blog didn't even exist.  I just got Devo's lastest album, Something for Everybody, today.

Elvira, Jack White & The Black Belles

Just in time for Halloween, the one and only Mistress of the Dark, Elvira, is back with a new series of Movie Macabre.


The show debuted on September 25th and features an opening theme song produced by Jack White, of the White Stripes and Dead Weather.



The song is performed by The Black Belles, and is adapted from their original track What Can I Do.

Jamiroquai play Later...

Jamiroquai played a live version of Rock Dust Light Star on Later... With Jools Holland on September 28th.



The new album, also titled Rock Dust Light Star, will be out on November 1st.

New underground video for LCD Soundsystem

New York’s LCD Soundsystem have just been graced with a new unofficial video for the song Home. In director Rick Darge’s underground video, a home-made robot escapes his maker’s house and becomes the star of the party scene, eventually pushing things too far.



The video is well made, and well worth the time to check out.
